  • Product owner where I created a product roadmap with a clearly defined action plan, defining the responsibilities and the timeline, where I led and coordinated technological, design and commercial teams. (Mobile app and web UX/UI was developed by myself)

  • Networked and nurtured relationships with partners, such as public sector, universities and international organizations, in order to obtain greater coverage at national level.

Decision Analytics Associate - ZS Associates

ZS Associates is a US based management consulting firm focused on consulting, software, and technology.

  • Obtained and processed data from thousand of sources from client value chain, providing the client with actionable insights rooted in concrete data and a profound understanding of customer needs.
  • Cleared and analyzed all the new data integrations and documented all the new insights got from those.
  • Worked as the link between different teams involved in the development and growth of a new pharma platform, particularly as the link between offshore development team and the client. Platform purpose was to obtain deeper traceability from commercial pharma funnels in order to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Responsible for the product roadmap. Needed to ensure the development was going forward and that we were performing with client requirement's.
  • Assessed and kept record of any impact that stakeholders could have by this new platform, because a restructuration of the data base was made and many of the daily dashboards and data used could be modified.
